Terms of Service

By creating an account or accessing SurveyForms, you expressly accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any term, do not use the service.

SurveyForms SRL reserves the right to update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

SurveyForms grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for legitimate organisational purposes.

Permitted use includes:

• Creating and managing organisational surveys.
• Inviting and managing survey participants.
• Viewing aggregate reports and analytics.

Prohibited: unauthorised access to other organisations' data, automated scraping, reverse engineering, or distributing platform content.

As a SurveyForms user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration.
• Not share your login credentials with third parties.
• Immediately notify any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not introduce illegal, offensive, or misleading content.

SurveyForms may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, in the case of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a security risk.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@surveyforms.app. Data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

SurveyForms provides the platform «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SurveyForms' total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
