Introduction
SurveyForms is a bilingual (Romanian / English) SaaS platform for managing organizational surveys. It connects survey coordinators, participant users, and a central SaaS administrator through a structured invitation, approval, and participation workflow.
There are three distinct roles: Regular User, Survey Coordinator, and SaaS Administrator. Each role has a dedicated portal with the appropriate permissions.
How to Register
You can create an account in two ways:
- With a survey code — if your coordinator has given you an 8-digit code offline, enter it during registration to automatically link to the correct survey.
- Direct — create an account without a code and wait for a coordinator to assign you to a survey.
Directly registered accounts require SaaS Admin approval before accessing surveys.
Taking a Survey
After logging in and being approved, your dashboard displays all available surveys. Each survey card shows the title, status, and date range.
- Available — you can start the survey.
- In Progress — you can continue from where you left off.
- Completed — the survey has been submitted.
- Expired — the survey period has ended.
