We collect the data necessary to provide SurveyForms services:

• Identity data: full name and email address.
• Authentication data: encrypted passwords, session tokens.
• Organizational data: your organization and role.
• Survey responses: your answers to survey questions.
• Usage data: pages accessed, actions performed, timestamps.

We do not collect payment data, biometric data, or special category data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the SurveyForms platform.
• Manage your account and survey access.
• Send notifications related to survey participation.
• Generate anonymised aggregate reports for your organizations.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days.

Survey responses are kept for 5 years in anonymised form for organisational trend analysis, unless otherwise requested.

Billing data and audit logs are retained in accordance with local legal requirements (minimum 7 years).

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of your data.
• Right of rectification — you can correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — you can request deletion of your data.
• Right to data portability — you can receive data in a structured format.
• Right to object — you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
